Velkommen til Boligkrydder.

First time here?  This is what you'll get.
  • Eiendom related news from Aftenposten, Hegnar On Line and DN.no updated weekly.
  • Inspirasjon pictures updated frequently for all those people selling their places and in need of guidance.
  • The same pictures for all curious people out there :)
  • Tips on how to prepare your house/apartment for the photoshoot. (Ryddetips eller klargjøring til fotografering).
  • Curius stuff posted throughout the week.
  • Trends, ideas and interviews.
And now, back to business.

This week I had the chance to shoot a really cool rekkehus, the owners were very cooperative, so I could do things like this.

You gotta love the smell of coffee!

These tangerines seemed to be alive, so I asked persmission to make them climb :)

There's no doubt that a LC4 is a fine piece of art!

 Hope you enjoy it!

God helg!

Alejandro.-

The photographer is coming i morgen, hva skal jeg gjøre?

First of all, the bad news, because if the photographer is coming tomorrow, chances are you won't have enough time to make a proper job, and you'll soon realise you have far more stuff than you ever thought. But please don't panic! Let's go over the the do's and don'ts of preparing your place for the photo shoot.

First, an eye opener.

Why should you follow these recommendations?

First and foremost, good pictures are the single most important step in the marketing process after the price. The first visning you'll have is on the internet, not in real life, and guess what, you only have a few seconds to create a good impression, so they ought to be the best pictures ever!

Second, the photographer has a limited time to do the job. The shoot will take between forty-five minutes, for the average two bedroom apartment, to an hour and a half for the biggest properties. Please note that roughly the same amount of time will be spent editing the photographs.

As a disclaimer, I would like to point out that this is the standard time set by the industry in Norway and should be more than enough IF everything is perfect.

Hei folkens and velkommen to boligkrydder.

My name is Alejandro Villanueva and I'm an interiør photographer based in Oslo. My work consists in creating images for interior designers, architects and the Eiendom business. That means I'm the first person your real estate agent will contact after taking the decision to sell your apartment or house.

I'm also one of those photographers guilty of making a 20m² apartment look like a mansion, but that's something we'll talk later :)

If you're curious, feel free to visit  my website:

In any case, this blog isn't about me, it's about you and what you like, it's about your preferences and what's cooking in interiør design, it's about the things that matter when preparing a place to sell, about originality and standing out of the crowd, about inspirasjon, and about all the cool stuff you have at home.

I would like to apologize for writing a norwegian blog på engelsk, but truth be told, norske min isn't that good yet, but heck! Not even my english is perfect as spanish is my mother tongue :)
