Hei folkens!

Keep it simple! that's the one most important advice I could give when preparing a house for the photoshoot.

You know the drill, and the information is in this blog already, so there aren't any excuses to make your place stand out! :)

Below are some of my favorites images of this week. Some of the compositions stand out because of the sheer simplicity of the lines and the purity of the space portrayed.

Hope you like them!

This is what I meant by simple. This is the most commom type of gang shot for me, but in this occasion, the placement of the furniture made all the difference.

A very technical shot indeed. Only another photographer could understand why :)

A detail of the previous kitchen. God or maybe, the devil is on the details :)

Hi Folkens!

It's been a super busy week with plenty of nice apartments and houses to shoot.  Specially interesting was this property located in Ekebergvein 38.

This place was unique!  the house had  lots of vintage furtinure and decor, and it was,  without any doubt, one of he coolest places I've shot in quite some time.

Hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I did.

What's the best light to shoot interiors?

Most people think that bright sunny days are the best to shoot interiors, when is totally the opposite! Yes, that's correct, cloudy or overcast days help get better results. The reason being that overcast days produce a softer light that's easier to control. In other words, the difference between the outside and inside is not as big as when the sun is at full power.

So if the photographer comes when the weather is as not as perfect as you though, think twice, it'll be better that way!

This place located in Nordstrand, is a perfect example of a house that looks fantastic at sunset. The view was superb!

It's not everyday that I shot a kitchen with a fireplace. I truly loved this one!
