What's your excuse?

This is the first time I put a client as an example, and I have to do it because you don't find a lot of 25 year old guys as matured as Kenneth Hansen. He is selling his apartment, and he did absolutly everything he had to do to, in order to get  the nicest picture possible.

He told me it only took him a couple of days to style and organize the whole thing, and man, he was dead serius about it! when I got there, even the candles were lit! everything was PERFECT! and needless to say, he was relaxed because he knew he has done his homework and now it was up to me, to take the pictures.

The apartment is listed by Ole Christian Malterud Akre, from the DnB Nor office at Lamberseter.

Here are the pictures and remember, your home is the most valuable asset you have, so please,  follow Kenneth's example and treat it with respect :)

This week let's talk about porn.

Architectural porn that is, or pure naked, empty spaces. A couple of weeks ago I shot this apartment in Frogner with the most fantastic lines I've seen in quite some time, it was truly a joy to light the spaces and discover so many cool compositions.

I must warn you that this is NOT the way to go if you want to get the most money out of your investment, empty apartments take longer and generally spend more time in the market, that is a fact.
